Cancer Care Circle Initiative

The Cancer Care Circle Initiative is founded on the belief that cancer affects far more than the individual diagnosed - it impacts an entire circle of care, including partners, children, families, friends and carers.

Our initiative reflects this wider circle of care, recognising that everyone affected by cancer deserves compassion, acknowledgement and practical support throughout diagnosis, treatment, recovery and beyond.

Founded on academic scholarship, professional expertise, clinical experience and lived experience, the Initiative combines rigorous postgraduate scholarship in Cancer Sciences and Education with more than twenty years of allied health practice across rural and regional Queensland.

 Strengthened by lived experience of cancer, every program, partnership, meaningful gift and Cancer Care Circle Micro-Grant is designed to deliver practical support with compassion, dignity and evidence-informed care.
